Google Changes It's Name To Topeka

It's not showing up on my end...but then again, I am in Canada. Maybe hasn't hit our time zone yet. Also, not all of youtube has been changed to text, just when you click on the youtube logo it will take you to videos which are already formatted that way.

It's still not showing up on my end. Oh well. They could change it to pazoopoo and it still wouldn't show up on my end.

It wouldn't matter anyways, because it'd be a mutual agreement between them and I to stay at least 500,000 yards away from each other.

And the name means "to dig good potatoes".

I think it is a good pseudonym for Google. After all, we have all been digging deep into the internet using Google.

I think I like the name but what the hell is wrong with the name, "Google"?

I think this has something to do with some midwest town (could have been kansas or nebraska) changing their name to Google last month.

The British press, as usual, weighs in heavily:
The Sun reports it has developed the world's first flavored newspaper page and invited readers to lick a square of newsprint "to reveal a hidden taste." Just below the spot to be licked was the fine-print warning: "May contain nuts."
The Daily Telegraph says an Internet service provider plans to use tunneling ferrets to deliver broadband services to remote areas.

Seem to be April Fool's tricks from a lot of businesses, not just google.

Wonder how many people read the news articles, licked their newspaper and invested in ferret farms?
