A Few Quick Questions Re: Warrior Forum

So I have been reading, learning, browsing around warrior forums for about 2 years, had an old account that I posted under but lost the username/password info etc etc.
Anyways, Im now actively back and trying to get involved and offer as much help and guidance as I can.
Im not sure where to post this question, and have a trembling fear of a warrior rampage if I place it in the wrong section, but here goes.
I have been affiliate marketing for years full time, but have now put my own work on hold (doing it on nights and weekends) to become a full time affiliate account manager. I had my AM link to my network in my signature but was warned by admin and had it taken away.
I realize that we cant have affilaite links in our signatures, but I assumed that this instance was different. SImply because I work for the website and it is much the same as having a link to your own website or blog in your signature.
Anyways, the reason that link looks like an affilaite link is because it is my tracking ID. I wanted to have it in there in order to ensure that I could be as helpful as possible to any warriors that might get involved with our network.
By having the tracking ID within it, I can get instant notification when a warrior decideds to submit an application, can review it immediately, push through the application approval more quickly, and work on negotiating commissions.
I assumed this would be a help to the affiliate marketers on the forum due to hopefully higher commissions, and sped-up approval.
Anyways, I was going to pay for a spot in the WSO or within the CLassified section discussing our network and a few new products/sales pages we are implementing.
The idea was that I could offer you warriors a much higher chance of approval and a higher starting commission on some products based on experience, warrior forum involvement, campaign strategies and so on.
Problem is, I wouldnt be able to put my affiliate manager tracking link within any of it, and thus would have no idea which Warriors actively want to be involved with the offer. By tracking the sign ups like that I can ensure as much support as possible, and discuss any added benefits with warriors.
With no tracking link, the warriors just become another User ID in the system waiting patiently for approval.
Sorry that this post carried on, and sorry if it is in the wrong place or if the information can be found elsewhere. I am just trying to get comfortable here and really want to make sure I can be the best affiliate manager possible....I think I can do so because I am an internet marketer on my own and am willing to reach out and make sure I can give you guys what you would want.
