Hey Warriors,

SUPER excited, just past 2 million views on You Tube today for my commercial videos. Went over to Google Analytics and that is 146,180 visitors to my website.

I am pretty happy about it and wanted to share that it works. You Tube works for marketing videos and driving traffic.

I am going to share a few tips
- Video has to be done more then once, it can be hit or miss
- Only 75% comes from You Tube, remember the other video websites
- Make sure to optimize your video title, description and content
- Intrigrate video wherever you can (like US Free Ads).

    good tips...i would add:

    choose a specific keyword phrase (3 or 4 word phrase) that has a goog search volume and include it in the title...

    post your video wherever you can on facebook, squidoo, myspace...the more views you get you the higher rankings you will get on google and youtube...

    give real quality content on the video..give your best tips on the video so more people visit the website...

      You can also post it on FlickR and it works well.

      For keyword tool, take some successful videos and use the You Tube Keyword Tool - https://ads.youtube.com/keyword_tool

      I did post my link as the purpose was encouragement and did not want to self promote. PM me if you want the link (instead of getting this post deleted).

      Video marketing is not posting a video, it is a tool that is part of (or whole) marketing plan to generate traffic.

      I would have been at over 2 million 6 months ago (and made tens of thousands more), if I did not wait 6 months to get everything right, looking back. Just throw your first video up and go with it instead pf perfecting. I made the mistake, dont do the same, just go and start now...

      There is a rule in my online company...nothing I have written can go out without being edited first (mostly edited by overseas outsource employee). Normally it takes longer to edit then me to write

      Not being a strong writer, I have not done a lot of article writing compared to video. We just for a great content writer, so that may change things.
