Question about editing/formatting posts in WF

OFF TOPIC

So here's my problem...

Recently when I go edit or format any of my posts, instead of seeing the actual changes, I see the code instead. In other words, as I type this in bold, I do not see bold text, but rather the html code [ b ]

Maybe I'm just missing an option somewhere.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to go back to a WYSIWYG editor?

Click to Switch Editor Mode icon at top right editor panel.

  I can see the icon only it's in the top left corner, not right.
  
  Also, appears to be X-ed out, and my ticking it does no good to enable it.

  If you preview the post - you'll probably see it displayed correctly.

  Yes, when I preview I do see it correctly.
  
  The only problem is when I go to edit something like my WSO it can be EXTREMELY cluttered and quite confusing.
