In case anyone had doubts that a bunch of jelly brains are running things in the government, intelligence organizations, and military, check this out:

U.S. Army warns of Twittering terrorists | News - Security - CNET News

From the article:

"Twitter has also become a social activism tool for socialists, human rights groups, communists, vegetarians, anarchists, religious communities, atheists, political enthusiasts, hacktivists and others to communicate with each other and to send messages to broader audiences,"
I didn't realize that vegetarians were now considered a threat. I always thought that if you were any more evolved than a brussel sprout you were pretty safe from vegetarians.

They have been plotting a take over for years.
    Think about it.
We eat what is suppose to cause global warming as in beef cows.
They eat what solves the problem as in the plants that clean our atmosphere.
    Sneaky bunch they are.

So...anything posted on Twitter, even if it wasn't visible to the general public, would be viewable by the people running Twitter, wouldn't it? Is the gov't saying that Twitter would be more secure than regular email, snail mail, or telephones? Is this as idiotic as it seems, or am I missing something?

They tried this back in 1966 when the Pentagon was using the IBM 360/67. They hacked into the system and crashed all 24 KB of internal memory which crippled the NORAD defense system for 72 hours. Back then, these type of vegans were nicknamed twits; they had no idea what they had done.
