    I wonder if you could build a closed system to capture the "exhaust" water and just let it run forever?

    Nahhh....no good. "Fuel" water would probably jump to $10,000 a gallon.

    pretty neat, but in the past I have seen similar type vehicles, yes even heard of one running on water many years ago, but then they just vanished.
