Need help Warrior's -- How to bump my thread?

Guy's I am having diffidulty bumping my thread, which I posted in main-internet-marketing-discussion-forum.

I have read the rules and instructions already which state I must wait till the thread falls of page 2. The thread is on page 4 now and I'm trying to bump it back up.

If anyone know how to do this please inform me. Thanks
