Post this kind of thing in the off-topic forum please.

Perhaps you could make a product on dealing with annoying neighbors?

Turn it around and use it to your advantage. Start doing the keyword research on annoying neighbors and then start a blog. Hey...the least you could do is make some money off them and ease your pain a bit!

Jimmy, if you want neighbor-on-neighbor horror stories, park your butt in front of the TV and watch any of the endless small-claims court shows. (Judge Judy, People's Court, etc.). You'll get a bellyful of them.

Looks like you want to tap into the "How To Deal With An Annoying Neighbor" niche.

I think you should use Google keyword tool to see if people are searching for this online and then create your own solution product.

Unfortunatley, a tornado blew the fence down a few years ago. Luckily, the problem neighbors on both sides of us moved.

OK, well. My aunts used to live together in San Fransisco. They've since married, but they used to be typical spinsters, living together. Sure, they both had boyfriends at the time, but one of their neighbors had just moved in, and for months, they acted really weird around them. Apparently, this guy had thought that they were lesbians!
