I think we need to focus on getting our country in order today.
Getting ready for the next election and wasting 4 years on that
does our country no good.

  I don't know if she would make it the next time around either, but I'd certainly like to see her back.
  
  Pain 2012! I voted for her once and based on current info, I'd vote for her again. No telling what the next 4 years will bring though.

  It will depend on whether or not she's interested. So far, she hasn't given any indication that she is. Also, a better candidate could emerge between now and then.

In my opinion a lot of the most qualified people in our country choose not to run for office. It is just a guess on my part, but I'm thinking that many of them do not want the hassle that comes with living in a giant fishbowl.

When I looked at the Presidential hopefuls, both Democrat and Republican, I thought to myself, "Is this really the best our country has to offer? Of all the potential leaders in the USA, these are the cream of the crop?"

I agree with that -- it takes a special personality to want to be President. The endless campaigning and appearances, the scrutiny, the pressure -- you'd have to want it so bad it's almost pathological.
