Play video as a transparent overlay while checking emails.

Hello experts

I am looking for a media or video player that can play video files as a transplarent overlay. So that I can watch video files without having to switch between windows, watch videos with an opacity for examp.


Meaning to say, while playing the video with full screen, i can click through the firefox to check email and do all the stuff. The video is lock to "stay on top" with transparent level can be adjusted.

Is there such program?
