    Tiffany Dow has a really good one. There are many new ones popping up though. I was going to get into this, but I am too busy writing content for other people. I am slowly building up my own retail sites though.

    Look for:
    1. Money back satisfaction guarantee
    2. Wide range of niches
    3. Ability to inspect the reseller site before purchase.
    4. Ability to inspect the licence... before purchase.
    5. Titles and graphics that aren't already spread all around the net at $2!

    Tiffany Dows plr minimart is good. Nicole Dean, Tina Golden, Ruth P all have very good PLR also.
