Facebook link isn't working!?!

I thought I followed the instructions to put my fb ID in the appropriate box, but when it is clicked on, there is an error message on my side.

Any suggestions?

I entered: 1255045988

They did not want the complete URL, as other forums ask . .

Got this message: "The page you requested was not found."
Any suggestions appreciated.

    You need to put your Facebook username in, not your ID number. This link should help you out:

      I created a new username, but WF doesn't allow that many characters. . .

      Unless they increase the limit of characters, I won't be able to use this feature.

      Oh well, it is okay.

    Um, how many chararcters is it? Mine is something like "cranky.old.man" and it fits.

      I used my domain name plus an add on . . .Now, I realize I should have left off the add on but had to add something to the end because "www(dot)carolamato(dot)com" was already taken (which I do not understand) lol

      It is working because facebook allowed me to change it. It seems their warning of only being able to change it once, means per log in. lol
