At the risk of causing a stampede, I will post a 'hint'.

A friend of the family mentioned that a certain huge freight transport company is going to be replacing 40% of its workforce in the next 24 months, more or less, due to their aging employees retiring.

The name of the company starts with a "C".

And ends with an "X".

And there is an "S" in the middle.

Choo... Choo...
