Help with PayPal through forums

This could be a sign that I'm not meant for internet marketing, considering I'm having trouble grasping this LMAO! Anyways, I don't understand how to accept PayPal on forums.

Let's say I am selling a service and someone wants to buy. Do they send me there PayPal e-mail and then I request money from them via PayPal. Or do I send them my PayPal e-mail address and they send me the money?

So if anyone can unscramble the mess above. Bravo and thank you

    They signup for Paypal or (may have an account already). You ask for the email address they used to signup for Paypal and then you send a request for money using that address. OR as you said they just hit the send money specifying your email address.

    Make sense ?
