I Don't Agree With Albert Einstein

Albert Einstein said, "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." Eventually doing the same thing over and over again will produce different results. It might be metal fatigue in which constantly fatigued metal breaks and an airplane crash is all over the news. It might be water eventually etching rivers into solid blocks of rock. It might be perfecting a jump and becoming a figure skating champion. It might be death. Eventually, doing the same thing over and over again will produce a different result.

Mmm, as with any quote, you can't apply them to all aspects of life. I think Einstein was more referring to scientific experiments.

Why do garden gnomes smell so bad?
So that blind people can hate them as well.

I get where you'r coming from, but you need to take your examples to the next step.

Insanity would be doing the same thing with a new plane after the old one crashed, and then expecting a different result.

We're pseudosmart and that's not dumb.

He was actually referring to the troublesome equations in trying to explain observations from scientific experiments/phenonmena:

"Problems cannot be solved at the same level of awareness that created them... Do not worry about your problems with mathematics, I assure you mine are far greater."
