Sometimes, I don't feel like working out or do homework lol, but what is the thing that motivates you to do it even though you don't want to?

    You have to push yourself. You have to aim your goal. Ask yourself if your tired that who are you gonna be in the future if you let yourself be carried away by laziness and tiredness.

    I keep a goals list, and when I'm lacking motivation reviewing the long term goals can sometimes help motivate me, that or stepping away from the work for a bit, means I'll come back energized.
