Does Google help exist?

I have received an email from Google telling me;-
"Your Google AdWords account has been permanently suspended for repeated violation of AdWords or Landing Page and Site policies in this or a related account."
I do not run Adwords ads. How do I contact Google to find out what is happening? I cannot conjugate Greek or Lithuanian verbs so I am unable to navigate my way around the Google help pages since my question is not one of their set options.
Presumably someone has been using my identity on their Adwords ads but how do I get Google to help me find out? I have not been paying for ads.

If anybody knows how to contact Google that a nearly blind man can use, I would be delighted to hear.

Google is so big and powerful, it functions with the presumption that it doesn't need to be accountable to anyone, as all autocracies do.

What you would need to do is reply to the email that was sent to you, in most cases it should have a reply to this email option.

if there is no reply to this email option then log into your adwords account and select the help contact us options from there

my guess your account was not used by another person but your suspension is from past ads you placed.

    Good luck to you.

Getting any help from Google is like trying to find the needle in the haystack

You can use the Google forums.
    Webmaster Central Help

They have been helpful to me in the past.
If they do find its a mistake at their end, they will correct it. Be nice though or the posters on that forum can be pretty mean. I'm sure someone will be able to help you out.

Thanks to all who answered. It would seem that Google operates a Star Chamber Court that does not want to acknowledge common sense or common decency.

It seems strange that a company that sees itself as customer friendly will refuse to communicate with customers beyond "We tried you in the balance. You were found wanting. You have been condemned."

I did a little exercise in Adwords about five years ago - the spend was a fantastic $40 (as far as I remember). It would be very difficult to show an habitual abuse of terms in the few days I ran the campaign.

Google have asked for feedback on my visit to their help centre. What a pity it won't be read.

The forum, hopefully, might offer some assistance.

You might not like what I say - but I believe it.
Build it, make money, then build some more
Some old school smarts would help - and here's to Rob Toth for his help. Bloody good stuff, even the freebies!
