Strange Sleep Question

Hi all,

Here is an example of my sleep schedule:

Sunday: Go to bed at 11:00 PM fall asleep at 12:30-1:00 AM wake up at least twice for no apparent reason

Monday: Wake up at 8:00AM, work come home, spend time with my wife, off to part time job, home, eat, random chores, go to bed at 11:00, fall asleep at 12:30-1:00

Tuesday: Wake up at 8:00AM, work come home, spend time with my wife, off to part time job, home, eat, random chores, go to bed at 12:30, fall asleep at 2:00

Wednesday: Same as Monday, 'cept I wake up at 6:00

Etc, Etc, Etc. In a seven day span I may 30 hours of sleep, and it is killing me. I would like to go to bed, and fall asleep.

Does anyone have any advice?
