I make comment on
When is the Best Time and Day to Publish a Blog Post « Lorelle on WordPress

it says nothing after that, I refresh page and see nothing

why?

Maybe because the comment moderation is enabled on that blog that's why you are not able to see your comment.

but on some blogs, it says
"comment is awaiting owner approval"

on this blog and some of other it gives no feedback, so I cannot understand what is status
