  Very clever and the sentiment is reciprocal....was in Greece once and a storekeeper asked me, a stranger to drive him home for lunch....promised a beach and lunch...after much heavy traffic, arrived at a modest house far away from the water. His brought cookies for HIM , he at them and then I drove him back to the heart of Athens...never did understand it.
