I couldn't go near anybody with a piercing, never mind 6925.
But as the article shows, the guy doesn't share my views (Hell I would like to know what makes the two of them click...).

I've seen some freaks in my time.
Heck I used to hang out in Gibtown on occasion.

I've never made it there yet, but its on my bucket list!
Sadly most of the old time performers (the ones from my youth) have passed or will before I get the chance.

It wasn't in it's hayday when I was there either Kim.
But it was in the mid 70's and it was still a very strange town.
The way I found out about it was when I was working construction in Tampa.
During the winter we would get a few carnies working with us.
I was friends with a couple of them and sometimes we would hang out there.

As a side note.
My good friend Spacer worked for the O.C. Buck Shows on and off in the late 60's until 71 when Oscar died. We where house mates the last year he worked for them and when they did the local fairs some of his fellow carnies would stay with us. A few of them (including Spacer) knew how to do the human blockhead and human pin cushion acts.
Nothing like spending the evening in your living room watching guys drive 10 penny nails into their noses and sticking darning needles through their arms

SICK! She "suffers for HER art"!?!?!? She is claiming to be the artist? And MAN, who would want to marry her? WHAT, is there the surprise factor of what the kids will be like? I mean she could have TONS of defects, etc... HIDDEN by those piercings.
