What Is An Ebay Partner Network ID?

I never did anything with my Ebay Partner Network account. Various apps ask for an "Ebay Partner Network ID' along with Campaign ID? What the heck is an Ebay Partner Network ID and how do you find it? Is it a number like the campaign IDs or what? Is it ID for CLEB (Campaign for Ebay product seekers and finders)? Google reveals zilch on this fundamental question. I know it should be obvious but I am stumped.

    TBird,

I've got a bunch of EPN sites and I'm having trouble understanding your question.

Can't you just log into your EPN account and get the ID and campaign numbers from there?

I'm logged into my account but don't know where to look for the ID.

You are the one that gets to name your campaign and then EBay assigns it a campaign ID.

As far as your general ID you need to link your regular Ebay ID to your EPN account.

At least that is my understanding.

Does a regular Ebay ID = Ebay Partner Network ID = eBay User ID??

I don't see anything anywhere that says, "Ebay Partner Network ID"? Apps ask for that, yet I don't see anything on my account specifically called that.

            TBird,

I'm trying to help, but I've had my EPN account for so many years I don't do very much with it except look at my stats when they put money in my account.

If you go and log into your account they have a bunch of videos you can watch and perhaps one of those videos will answer your question.

My appologies for being of little help here.

I think it is just Campaign ID. When terms don't match and apps don't offer an explanation, it gets confusing. Ebay on its own is simple enough, but in conjunction with apps it can get a little confusing.

Yeah, there is no additional "Network ID", just your campaign ID. There is no reason for an app to need anything other than your campaign ID, unless it's API-based, then it might require you to sign up for eBay API keys, but that's nothing to do with EPN.

Let us in on the secret, which eBay app is it? Might be able to help. It could be something really outdated, though there was never anything like that before either...

Who says you can't earn money as an eBay affiliate any more? My stats say otherwise
