I'm just curious out of all the many writers on this forum...how many of you write fiction also?

I'm still plugging away on my mystery novel but between articles and ebooks it always takes a back seat.

So what are ya'll working on? (I lived in Texas 30 years)

Writing my first novel - horror fiction. It's going painfully slow because I am having to work some long hours right now. Hopefully things will let up enough on me soon so I can really put some time into it.

I'm finding fiction a whole new world and really love where my mind goes when I write it.

I write esoteric books, and just had one recently published. I had a third manuscript in the making but since I am concentrating on getting my book out there, and my new business up and running.. I have had to put it on hold. I will come back to it at the right time for it.

I've written fiction, short stories, and screenplays (out of which embarrassingly crappy films were made, so please don't ask me).

I write fiction on occasion. I am in the process of writing content for a website I want to launch someday. Like a serialized fiction site that reads like a history book. I'm not too strong with dialogue, so that gets me out of a sticky situation and into writing much faster.
