The best exercise system would incorporate all of these areas:
1. Cardiovascular training.
2. Increasing resistance in weight.
3. Demands mental focus.
4. Is fun.
5. Surprise for getting exercise in different ways, so one routine wouldn't be viable.

My wife and I actually created such an excellent means of working out. Later I'll upload a photo of our exercise system.

UPDATE: here's a photo of our exercise system.
1. Requires much running around in different directions.
2. Increases in weight and resistance over time.
3. Requires mental agility and focus.
4. Lots of fun.
5. Full of surprises and not allowing for the monotony of routine.

Your links are missing. Also "best" ultimately depends on your goal with the program. If you're a 120 lb weakling with the skinny gene whose getting your lunch money robbed at school, then "best" is the program designed to pack as much muscle mass onto "hard gainers" as rapidly as possible, and its not going to incorporate anything other than weight training, sufficient rest, and proper nutrition - it'll contain no cardio at all.

Disclaimer: Though I'm not a fitness guru, I do play one on a site where I ghost wrote part of the content and the squeeze page for another Warrior. I have done weight training in the past and I have researched the subject extensively when I was into it.

Edit: your second post adds more perspective.

It is incredible how quickly he is growing up and developing. With each new development comes a new challenge. He's now able to climb things. Have to keep an eye on him at all times. It's like having a pet raccoon, lol.

Best exercise is walking. It is my favourite exercise also. By it we be fit and healthy. Morning walk is also good for heart patients. Do it for 30 to 45 minutes everyday. It keeps you healthy. By it blood circulation increases. All parts of body gets movements.

The latest stunt this little guy pulled is trying to hang off the side of the dining room table. Scared the living daylights out of me. I sure had to move quick for that one before something bad could happen.

It is important to note that any type of exercise will be to keep the lymphatic system, rinsed, but rebounding is the most efficient way to move the lymph. This is because bounce, a performance of vertical motion, gently opens and closes one-way valves that make up the lymphatic system. Most of the other exercises, like walking or jogging, are dominated by horizontal movements are not as effective to move the lymph.

you should choose an exercise that you will enjoy because you will tend to repeat doing the routine making it a hobby of doing exercise.

the best exercise system for me is an exercise which you enjoy doing. this way you keep on repeating which will then become a habit.
