Patrician, of course he is not being ripped off... pretty strong use of words there...

There are a million download links on that page, could you offer a specific download link that there are problems with??

Most people have had no trouble...

Darren is preparing for a trip to Egypt... So he isnt around much this week or next...

OF COURSE I KNOW IT IS NOT A RIP OFF.

Remember #1 "there is no truth, only perception" - The guy paid $97 and so far for the last week he has waited patiently and been polite about it, while I got no response from anybody until I finally emailed Kim.

Remember #2 I run a helpdesk - People come in screaming scam even for a free program if they don't get a response within 5 minutes - So I know how shocking and irritating it is to be accused of being a scam or rip off;

Remember #3 - put the shoe on the other foot - walk in his shoes or however see it from his perspective - he doesn't know any of us from Adam - He has paid $97 and gotten nothing for his money for a week. (except excuses, promises to fix it, etc)

Wouldn't you begin to wonder if you had been ripped off?

SORRY FOR USING THAT PHRASEOLOGY BUT THAT IS ALWAYS MY MAIN CONCERN - PERCEPTION - REPUTATION.

(and this is mainly because I don't want to rip their head off when they accuse me).

Okay I cannot find the download link to the page, and Darren isnt available. So ... I am going order the program for the full $97, which I have done 3 or 4 times now in testing this...

Wow. That was a waste of $97.00, hope kim got it. Can you confirm kim?

The DL page doesnt work, and I dont have anyway of getting Darren til like 2am... if that, being a weekend.

We have an issue here. Hopefully whatever happened to our page someone isnt redirecting payments too.

If Kim could confirm that last purchase, it would be great.

Is the download page working for anyone else? Does any other purchaser have access to it?

If its still up that just means we need to adjust the wso pro button...

If not I may have to gather the links from anyone who has them and make a new download page if I cant catch Darren before he leaves for vacation.

I don't have access either . I can't buy it myself, Paypal wouldn't let me. Darren sent me a link once but I can't find it.
Maybe someone that purchased it will see this thread and be able to check?
I'll look some more at my end.

PS: I don't know why I keep thinking your in NC, I was gonna say I'd drive down and fix your pcs for ya.

Dammit! Thanks Dog.

Okay we are stuck with two scenarios... It appears we have been bitten... I know Darren wouldnt let these things by... So we can wait till he contacts me, which could be up to 12 hours... or we can gather all fifty WSO's back together, which I should have most of them in my email, and make a new download page...

One could take all weekend... and there is a chance that so could the other...

Let me step away and think about this for a minute. It may require a new DL page, because being the weekend, I dont know if Darren will be available.

Time to roll up the ole proverbial sleeves.

Not to be self centered about this, but I have created some enemies here... and someone emailed Darren yesterday and told him that within 48 hours he was going to destroy my whole reputation... and send everything I do haywire...

He is a member here so I wont say his name even though he is banned, (not that it would matter anyway, with all his little followers that can do his work for him...) but the guy owns one of the biggest forums on the net... aside from WF, and he has the power to do it, even though he is pond scum...so are many of his followers, and he was serious.

Every since that holy grail stuff these guys have been giving me a hard time...

Unfortunately I will be unavailable for the next 3-3.5 hours as its minutes away from doing my treatment.

As far as creating some enemies, you have also created a lot of friends, don't forget that.
I can't speak for others,but the only person that has power over me is me. I make up my own mind about people.
