You need 50 or more posts.. That is one of the biggest one.

I think you can receive them as long as there's room in your in-box, but send them only after making 50 posts or by becoming a War Room member. The moderators (and members) do have an aversion, though, to people posting quickly/briefly just to try to get their post-count up to 50.

(And I think "spamming by p.m." is probably a "banning offense").

      Pay attention to Alexa's note.

As you're building your post count on WF, you want to make posts that add value to the conversation.

Posts like - "Thanks for the info. I will check it out" may get you 86'ed.

We're here to add value to each others' businesses.

      Just an FYI.

Hi jvdeals (if that is indeed your real name),

Making 16 posts in 46 minutes is not the way to do it.

Appearing to only care about the ability to send PMs is not the way to do it.

Posting one-liners such as (and I quote): "Thanks. I will check it out." "Thank for the explanation. I was wondering too." "Thanks for the info. I will check it out." "I have actually had the same question. Would appreciate to know it also." "Hey, thanks for the suggestion. I will definetely check it out." "That is real funny" and "Actually, I'd like to know that too." is not the way to do it.

CONTRIBUTING to the COMMUNITY is the way to do it.

    All the best,
    Michael

I actually didn't know the 50-post rule (close to getting there) but I was wondering the other day why I couldn't send PMs so I'm glad I got this cleared up.

LOL and my response directly relates to the poster above me. But really -- "I actually had the same question" -- haha

The number one rule: no spamming WF members.

That includes things like asking for money, asking for products, etc.

    Welcome to the zoo.

Just when you think you've got it all figured out, someone changes the rules.
