That's my thought. Very easy to attempt to discredit a company with not so much as a shred of proof.

I'll bet they messed up and gave access to WebMaster Tools to someone they should not have. Either way their reports seem a bit one-sided and there is no one checking out the claims made from people posting there.

Well it does say that one of the users associated with the account requested it.

It is one of the problems with having multiple contacts in your webmaster tool. There is not easy way to delegate only part of it. You either have access or you don't.

It could have been a disgruntled employer though if that is the case it will return pretty quickly.

It will be interesting to see how it turns out.
