  For me...its kinda like taking 2 minutes to unplug and refresh and then going back to whatever it was you were doing...

  I agree wholeheartedly with your line of reasoning, however when I need to unplug and refresh, I literally unplug myself from my chair and get up, stretch, look out the window, get something to drink or whatever.
  
  Then I come back, helps get the blood flowing too.

lol

yes...i think thats what the sites creator originally intended...for us to "do nothing for 2 minutes" just as the name suggests.

since we are such an action oriented society....doing nothing maybe a good thing every once in awhile

helps the brain process information and come up with solutions better

Wow that really works! I live by the beach and I'm able to go down there and mellow out when things get hectic. This page is nice but I hope I don't use this page more than the real thing!

Unless! - Maybe he seeded the wave sound with subliminal messages
