Hosting suspended
I'm glad this wasn't a money site or I would be ripping mad. They just suspended my hosting which means I can't get in with FTP, CPANEL or anything to adjust the problem. (my site was hacked recently and I suspect that was the cause)
The irony is that it's an "Unlimited Hosting Plan" as long as you don't use too much. What is too much is up to them.
I've been upset with this hosting to start with. It's slow, unresponsive, and goes up and down like a yo-yo. I have a service monitor the site and my report shows it's down almost every day and unreachable. I complained to support and was told "it's fine" see, and they point me to a root page with nothing on it that comes up fast. Obviously it was my evil scripts causing slowness (WordPress) . Funny how WordPress works just fine on other hosts.
All I can do is laugh. They are idiots. Guess who is not getting any further business from me?
When a script caused problems at a different host, they simply disabled that script and gave me a chance to fix it. They didn't suspend my whole account. That's what I expect, not this lazy ban button.
