Creating A Better Pasta Sauce In The Half The Time. . . Question

Hello, I am a chef de cuisine. I have developed a product. (15 years, UGGG) I have used my product all over Western Canada. . . Now I will get to the point. This product creates 10,000 food items. Each item takes 8 minutes or so to create. So, let's say I want to create Chicken Alfredo. No problem. In 8 minutes my CIAT product does this. It also creates other food items. My question is. WHAT do you guys think? I should market the formula for my product? Thanks

    First of all I would change the name. Since this is a MYSTERIOUS ingredient, it is far too close to CAT.

    LOL. Seriously I would still want to know what is in it. This is not giving away proprietary information as we won't know the quantities of the components.

    One thing to note is the disaster market - whatever you call those 'meals' that the military eats - lots of people are making bucks selling those type of products.

    - especially if it just requires water and/or can be used with or without electricity or gas (fire).

    Your product might be marketed well in individual packets for one meal - meal for 4 etc.

    The name of the product is actually Chef In A Tub. . . I am selling the formula with videos. The products that CIAT makes are hi-end dining items.

    I have thought about ready meals. . . BUT the amount of capital involved is massive, and then one must have a certified production facility. I am trying to get away from the entire restaurant/production business. Making sauces from home and shipping would be a nightmare. . . I am in Canada, and the regulations here are STRICT. Thanks for your input, feedback is how products evolve and marketed. Take a look at my quick, and I do mean quick page. Let me know what you think. . .
