    I wonder how much a program like that cost to do?
    That would make for one heck of a sales letter...that takes "name here" to a whole new level...

        There was a production problem apparently that led to either a recall or failure to manufacture some feminine product - thus the apology.

        I thought it was brilliant - mainly because the "name" is inserted in so many ways in the program. How much more personalized could it be?
