Trouble with Submitting a General Ticket

Hi guys,

I've been trying to submit a general ticket so that i can change my username. Trouble is, i keep getting rejected by the Captcha! It keeps saying that the phrase doesn't match.

I tried using different browsers and a different computer but i keep getting the same results. I've been trying for a few days now. Can anyone give any suggestions? Thanks

    Shane, I have no suggestions for you since I have no clue why you are unable to submit a ticket. However, I submitted a ticket on your behalf and pointed Thomas to this thread so I'm sure he'll figure it out. If I get a reply, I'll update you, but he may just contact you.
