The busiest time of the year for gyms is usually the first few weeks of the new year then things get tapered off. This got me to thinking. What is the MAX time
for someone to stick to their new years goal before breaking it
? My intuition says, either, days before febuary 14th, or, as late as the 2nd week BEFORE spring(spring is on march 21st).
I picked those two dates because it would seem to be the perfect time to start getting distracted, and, the new years resolution memory becomes a distant.
