I say all power to gold diggers. I wish them success. Better than linking up with a poor person and endlessly badgering them for lack of money.

    The problem is that a lot of gold diggers only end up with average nice people who are willing to help them - then they get sucked dry and have trouble getting back on their feet after getting rid of the parasite. Sorry - I don't agree that gold digging is okay. I don't see a woman as a gold digger for getting half of a household after years of marriage though and some people still consider a woman a gold digger just for getting half no matter how long she was married or how much work she contributed.

    As for someone that marries just for money, contributes nothing, then a year or two later takes the partner to the cleaners? Sorry, I see nothing commendable about it.

      I agree with you, within reason. Maybe their should reference book for gold diggers containing the names of individuals who've gained their wealth unethically. Robin Hood gold diggers.
