SEKeyranker problem

Hi
I am hoping that somebody can help me with an SEKeyranker problem. I purchased it some time ago and after emailing the support desk for a few months I got an email back to say that the business had been sold and was given another email address. I contacted that address some time ago and the support and contact emails from the site but have had no replies.

Does anybody know if they are still active as they still seem to be selling the plug-in? Only the first 6 keywords are showing a ranking on my site, anything on the second and third pages aren't showing any rankings even though I know they are ranking. So was trying to sort that out.
