Looking for some one-on-one coaching

I've been looking to find someone who can help me take my internet business to the next level. I've been doing this as a side project for a few years now, but never make more than 10k/year. There are a few projects I'm launching in 2012 and have decided that this year will be different. There are some amazing minds here and my goal is to find a mentor who is driven and looking to help a little guy out.

Things I'd like to find in a mentor:

Proven Success In Product Creation
Niche Marketing
Hard Worker
Extremely Ethical
English Speaking
