I need Help:Paypal

I am from BANGLADESH,a undeveloped country. My country does not support paypal. I earn online on squidoo(dot)com
they only pay via paypal.so i opened a french paypal and used it for recieving two payments. When the total was 29$ i tried to buy a e-service worth 2.99$. My account got limited and my 29bucks stuck.
Now i have given up on that money. But i have a 32$ payment on 15march. I have no paypal. My country doesnt support it. What can i do?/how can i recieve the money? Btw i dont want cash, i just want to spend the earned money online. Anyone please help me. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Shifat,

    I faced the same situation when started earning money online. I prefer moneybookers instead paypal. You can withdraw your money from moneybookers direct to your bank account just for $2.63. Contact with squidoo and tell them that you don't have paypal service in BD and if they can send your payment using moneybookers.

    If they are unable to send your payment you can still use paypal and get cash. There are lots of paypal currency buyers in BANGLADESH. Just post an advertise to clickbd or cellbazaar.com and you'll get people who interested to buy your paypal usd for local currency. Feel free to ask me if you need to know anything else.

    But, how will i sell the paypal credit if i dont have a paypal account?
    There is no bangladesh option in the paypal registration, if i open selecting another country, they detect my ip and LIMIT MY ACCOUNT TILL CC AND PASSPORT verification. What should i do?

    Maybe use another pay system. Paypal is not the only one.

    I already contacted squidoo, amazingly they replied in a hour and told me "We make payments only and only through paypal for security and KYC reasons". What can i do? I have increased my payment threshold to $50(highest) which i will reach in april.please suggest me a solution.
