Hello everyone,

I've just come across this forum a few hours ago and have been reading various threads...

So far my impression is that everyone is selling affiliate links, SEO, tips/advice/ideas, templates for websites, at low prices claiming that you can make $500+ a month for paying them $20 approximately.

Someone please give me a crash course as to how this works and what I as a complete newb to earning money online can do to see some positive figures rolling in.

I'd really appreciate someone "taking me under their wing" (so to speak) and guiding me to earning an honest living using the methods propagated on these forums.

Thank you in advance,
Gobrin

First, any forum thread that has a dollar amount in the title, avoid that thread. What Joe Blow earns has nothing to do with the rest of the world.

IM is just like a brick & mortar business, you need targeted traffic to make a sale, regardless of what your selling.

Example, If you have internet traffic that is into pets, chances are they will buy pet supplies, use an affiliate link & sell them pet supplies.

      Thank you for your response.

Can you perhaps link me to something that is like a "MUST READ" for beginners?

Also, if it's such an amazing way to make money, why would anyone tell others (which would create more competition for themselves)? etc..

I agree 100%. If the offer claims any monetary take, run, don't walk away. The serious products will offer to inform you and get you going, not make claims of pumped up dollar amounts at the start.

New user, skeptical - remain that way.
WF is great for networking, gaining some knowledge and you can
even pick up a great WSO now and then.

But like in the real world there are also more than enough people
who will bleed you dry so be vigilant and don't believe everything you
    read.

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.
