What do you think of us humans?

Bunch of war mongering lunatics. We also don't understand why your creators stuck your soul in such a fragile, biological host body.

The British TV show "Thunderbirds" wasn't bad though. We also used to sit around and watch Dr. Who.

It's almost admirable that such a stupid species figured out how to soak themselves in toxic wastes so they won't be edible to some of the more carnivorous alien races. Still kinda funny since they just destroy themselves instead. There are a few exceptionally bright ones that were able to figure out they don't need to do that. Everyone knows aliens can't hack garlic.

We just hope the next dominant species on the planet will be an intelligent one.

Very interesting question. Would we really want to know the answer? Just off the top of my head, it might go something like this...

Man. So much potential, so little done with it. You have the capacity to feed the planet, yet millions starve to death. You have the ability to heal the sick, yet you do not provide the care to those who need it most. You have the ability to love deeply, yet you choose to hate.

You have traveled to the moon, solved mystery after mystery, and yet you quarrel to the death over whose concept of god is better . . . even though none of you have seen this god you claim as your own.

Instead of celebrating your differences, you fear rejection and so you just try to fit in, losing who you might be in the process. Instead of looking for what's good and right in others, so many of you look to condemn and ridicule, as if that somehow elevates your own status and makes you better than them.

Instead of teaching your children to love, and give your species and chance to thrive, you teach them to hate and kill by brainwashing them with movies, music, and violent video games that glorify these concepts before they are even old enough to reason.

And then you wonder why they do horrible things in the "real" world. Is it really such a great mystery?

Yours is a species that creates drama as if it were a drug you need. If you'd only realize happiness is self-generated. But you keep looking for it "out there" where it isn't, instead of inside ... the only place it can be found.

The problems you create are self-generated, just as happiness is self-generated. The problems are a result of your thinking. We cannot think for you. We sometimes try to steer you in the right direction, but your individual and collective egos often shield you from the truth.

You cannot make yourself great by standing on your own pedestal, so step down from your self-idolatry. It's ironic . . . you want to be important without the discomfort of doing important things.

So many of you want to be loved without being loving. And yet, most of you do have a model to follow. You DO love a very small group. You call them friends and family. And you can see and feel the rewards of being loving by the love and good will you receive back from them.

And yet . . . you fail to understand how this model, this loving attitude toward others, can work on a larger scale. If you could but grasp that much, and live it and teach it, that alone could lift your species out of it's dark hole. It would be the single greatest leap mankind has made.

What are you afraid of, your own evolution?

That was brilliant, Dennis. I could see that as a TV series with each theme mentioned being presented as a short parable sort of like Twilight Zone.

Why shouldn't there be other life in the universe?
It is narrow minded to think we are the only species and that we are even that intelligent.

You are making things much too complicated.

We gave you all the answers that you compiled in the book you call "Urantia".

And as we thought we had made it simple enough for you to understand, it appears you could not.

Us trying to explain it to you is like you trying to explain your existence to a cockroach.
