          LOL Kay... I'm already 'hurt'... I've broken many bones including 2 discs in my back in the 'real world' I don't think YouTube could hurt me more than I have hurt myself IRL...

            Consider this.
            I've rode motorcycles and done physical work my whole live. I started working a dairy farm and two hay farms as a kid. The one job that caused me the most severe physical damage was a desk job I had for a year.
            Now after back surgery and 4 years of being "disabled", I'ver been back doing physical work, landscape maintenance in the summer and snow plowing in the winter and I've never felt better.
            Now I told you all that to tell you this.
            Setting all day watching youtube can cause you more physical harm
