Question about post #'s

Hi all,

Just a curious question (not really off-topic)... No matter how many times I post on the forum, my post count remains the same (11 posts). Yet if I view the statistics on my profile is has the real value.

Does anyone know why this may be the case? and/or how to correct this?

Thanks

That means the mods don't like your avatar.

Just kidding. Posts don't count in the Off Topic forum and a few other places.

      Hi Dennis,

I primarily comment only in the wso section, the only reason I even make a point to ask is i've had people send me private messages and haven't been able to reply as "i'm not yet at 50 posts".

      Thanks for your input

Posts don't count in the wso section either.

        Hope this helps.

Posts don't count in the WSO section, as Terra said, nor here, nor the Test forum. Not sure if there are any others, but basically they want posts to count only where they contribute to discussions about marketing.

It keeps people thinking about the moment of participation and not the numbers. Better quality experience.
