New Warrior Here
Hello everyone,
Here is some background about me. My rl name is Lawrance Courtney. I'm from South Florida, Ft. Lauderdale to be precise. I work from home giving remote technical support as third party support for GeekSquad, doing all of their customer online support. Stuff like virus removals, wireless printing, email issues. it's me basically taking calls and giving support to Bestbuy product users, but instead of working in a call center, I'm home in my boxers(not as good as it seems). I also have a Associates degree in Comperting Networking + Security Management. I love NFL football, and play in several fantasy leagues when in season. Well enough background about me now.
I'm on my computer 12-14 hrs a day, honestly. I feel I should get into and learn IM, and from what I read on these forums, this is the place to learn, make rl friends and possible future partners all while having fun and making money. All of which is my goal. I'm on the computer all day most everyday I'd like to be able to use the internet as the amazing tool to help myself and others, since I live on it lol
I have so many questions, there seems unlimited options and ways to do things. Where to begin? What are some of the pitfalls experienced, what would you do if you were started today from scratch?
I have a domain and a hosting company setup, and that's about it. I'm really not looking to for some magic pill or program that claims to someone rich in a week or even a month. I'm looking for rl income and friends to help each other achieve our dreams. If possible, I am looking for a mentor, not a free handout. I will work for and achieve my goals one way or the other =). I just don't know where to begin. I will be getting my Warrior 20yr sub on the 15th when I get paid, since right now my available funds went to purchase of domain name and webhost.
With amazing happiness, I make my introduction post to you all, may we all have success!
