We are stuck,

We are starting a rock cafe in a city near amsterdam. And we cant figure out a name, what would you call it if you would open a rock cafe in an old mayors house with live music stage and more?

    That's it's going to be in the old mayor's house wouldn't be a consideration as a factor in determining a name for me. If it's successful and you want to expand, it wouldn't be as appropriate for other locations.

    I don't know about your country, but in the US a good many people find politics and government in general distasteful (to put it nicely) and could be averse to frequenting a place with any kind of political or governmental association.

    Many experts believe the best name for a business is one that is descriptive. In other words, the name identifies the what the business is about at a glance. Too many folks overthink it and out-clever themselves. Here are a few simple but memorable ideas:

    Rock Cafe
    Rock Music Cafe
    Live Rock Cafe
    Rock and Eat
    Rock On Diner
    Rock and Roll Eatery
    Rockhouse Cafe
