Cats vs Dogs

I love this, especially since one of my cats nearly assassinated me last week with the stairs-trip maneuver. He seems to have a very similar attitude too...

Which only goes to show...dogs have a much better outlook on life! :p :rolleyes:

No I didn't swipe it from your FB page. Stealing other people's content is wrong didn't cha know

A friend emailed it to me but come to think of it, I can't vouch for how he got it.

He sent it because my middle son kept leaving the tub faucet on so our old kitty doesn't have to go all the way downstairs for a drink. (She is really old). I was so moved that I bought a special cat fountain so there is always running water for her in the upstairs hall.
I felt so manipulated, yet happy.

Like a good feline wait staff member should.

No No No, I wasn't implying you got it from me,sorry if that's how it came across. All I was saying that it was shared with me and I shared it. I thought maybe someone may have shared it with you,that's all.

PS: Of course we know stealing is wrong but I think most pics that are shared are done with permission and also with implied consent to use them. At least that is how I feel about them.

I know that you weren't accusing me of anything. I was joking. Things on FB are supposed to be shared.

But I found out my copy came from George Takei's FB Page. He's the one who may have swiped it from you.

This is an age old argument that I have never understood.
Cats are incapable of cognitive thinking and affection.
Dogs are capable of cognitive thinking and love unconditionally.

C'mon now, it's funny. Humor. As an owner of herding dogs, you'll get no argument from me about the incredible canine brain, but I will say that I have been around some tremendously affectionate cats.

Very funny! Pretty well-written piece of humor I must say, fit for the Onion. It's a nice change of pace from the barrage of lazy memes that have replaced all forms of humor. Maybe we can stitch back the remains of our collective attention spans and escape the Facebook Idiocracy, one can hope!

Halcyon, where's the picture? My wife wants me to print copies for her friends and it's not showing up. Do you have it saved or can you point me to it online?
