Competitions or rewards within WSO allowed?

Sorry if this has been asked elsewhere; and I'm not sure where to post it, but are you allowed to run a competition or offer a reward within your WSO?

    My quick answer would be no.
    The long (for you) answer is read the WSO rules in the forum.They are constantly being changed and updated due to many factors so I am not 100% sure of my answer, just 99%.

      Thanks very much. Yes, I've read the rules over again, and can't see where this is not allowed, except for the 'bribe' factor, which this wouldn't be. I'm hesitant to post short details here in case it's regarded as spam etc.
