    Josh - just scanned that so any mention of an electric jacket in between all the camera talk is well hidden. Could you put a quote up to what you saw instead of just the link?

    There's a lot of ifs behind an electric jacket. I think if you had a layer of thorshield cloth under it and were suitably grounded you could pull it off. Unfortunately - thorshield is not allowed for sale to the general public - have to make your own. Gov doesn't want us to be able to defend against their lightning weapon as it might be their only defense against their own citizens very soon if they don't stop their crap.

      Can't remember what company makes this Sherice - but thor shield is cloth that is made especially to protect you from electricity - such as the lightning weapon that they are making that can take out masses of people in one shot. They shoot a laser into the air to ionize it then shoot electricity taser style through the ionized air and it acts like lightning striking anyone in the ionized area. It can take down full blocks of people in one zap and our gov has plans to use it on its own citizens if they need to protect themselves from an angry crowd. Conversely - they had to have a means to protect the troops from it. So they had a company invent protection and it is for sale to the military - we can't have it. Period.

      But I did talk to a physicist about how it most likely works. His answer is that it would be layers of aluminum with cloth melted between the layers (none of the metal would touch the skin. Then you wear grounded boots with the suit. The idea is that it turns the person into a lightning rod and just passes the shock over you instead of letting it into you.

      And that is why it is called Thor Shield.

    That's very intriguing, and scary too! Can't imagine my dog jumping on me and pressing the trigger on instinct. Could come handy for Christmas panic shoppings though.
