Don't know why I'm honestly making this thread, but I'm very excited because I will be 16 soon. This means I can get my G1 for driving and then 8 months later can get my G2 and drive alone! It is only 33 days until I get my G1. Thanks to timeanddate.com.

Exact stats until I get my G1...

timeanddate.com/counters/customcounter.html?day=28&month=3&year=2009&hour=0 &min=0&sec=0&p0=250

Get it in days/hours/minutes/seconds

Pretty cool eh? (this is not my site )

Any tips before I go do my test for gettig my G1? Just a written test. Then I go to driving school and then my G2. I should be driving by the end of November !

Not sure about what your written tests are there, tristangemus.
For driving though, always drive as if you are invisible. Don't hit stuff
and don't let stuff hit you is the main plan. That means avoid
driving right next to other cars or in their blind spots whenever possible.
Drive in pockets between clumps of cars.

    And - avoid cops.

By the Way. You are new in the forums and don't realize this yet, but you are getting your license right at a time you'll end up spending major amounts of time online instead of driving around anyway. Irony at it's finest.

      Thanks for the tips .

And, I can juggle both .

I've been on other forums for a while so I'm not "new" to internet marketing and making money online. I am finally starting to "find my home" in it though. Thanks so much for your opinion .

Here's a tip for you... take a driving lesson from this guy... Ken Block:

Oh, yea, and don't do this for your actual driving test... I think that would get you into a slight bit of trouble with your instructor.

Ha! I'll definately do that. I think the instructor will pass me if I stop the vehicle so he/she can live LMAO. Good humourous post.

    Congrats young`un,

my Daughter turns sixteen soon to .. **polishes the shotgun **

I guess G1 and G2 and like Learners and Provisional licence here in
Australia ... actually driving is the best thing you can do ... and the
very best advice to any new driver is DO NOT get a souped up sporty
fast car as your first ... go for a four cylinder put-put to begin with.

For the first year of your driving on the roads, don`t have the music
blaring away ... turn your phone off if you have one and always be aware
of everything in front of you ... wildlife don`t know "road rules", neither
do a lot of those driving around you. The slightest distraction can and
does lead to tragedy every single day.

Respect that lump of metal you have control of and above all ...

    respect other drivers ...

Definately, these will come in handy. I will probably be driving everyday. In the mornings on the way to school, with my dad a lot, etc. My dad owns a driving school in my city so I also get free lessons. So that's good. Will save some money. And I definately won't speed or do any of that stupid stuff. What's the point? . My dad has a passenger brake in his car since it is a driving school car, so anything stupid he presses that, and I get in S**T. . I also have a bluetooth headset which I bought for my PS3 until I sold it, I probably won't use it until I get my G2, I wouldn't use just a cellphone while driving.

I probably will buy a cheap car that is road worthy and won't break down everyday. I want cheap insurance, I only have a part-time fast food job as well as making money online. Which I will be putting in my bank account and saving, instead of doing online shopping for games and clothing, ha! I changed all my payouts to cheques, rather than Paypal so I don't tempt myself .
