I was researching something on Youtube and stumbled on this video...Is it just another video to you or something more than that?

That was compelling. Reminded me of an episode of all things considered on NPR. Bookmarked and forwarded. Awesome.

I think it may have been missed by most, Kurt.

It is worth pulling up to the top again

      I love it Kurt!

For some reason, I have always been drawn to the past, not just the photos but the items of the day too.

I drive hubby nuts always having to visit the small local museums while we travel, lol!

I'm not sure why, but they always sort of speak to me.

Anyway, that's why I loved the video so much.

It's funny, I was just going through the box of old photos I've collected and was thinking how some of them would be great for cute and whimsical greeting cards.

I'm glad this guy did something with his old photos, because I probably never will with mine and as a matter of fact, one of my daughters already called dibs on them when I die!

Wow... that was a really good video Kurt, thanks for sharing it. It had me feeling kind of sad though, at the way a generation of memories can fade from existence so quickly.

It definitely plays into my obsession for home videos and photos. I have Tera-bytes of home videos and photos, and I'm overly obsessive about preserving memories. I think it has something to do with the long line of Alzheimer's in my family. The thought of losing my memory frightens me more than death itself.

That video is a good reminder that memories will eventually fade no matter what. I sometimes have to remind myself that memories are made in the present and can not be made if I'm always focused on the future... or past.
