GDI has a rule that they will only accept account cancelations by telephone - but do not have sufficient telephone cover for me to contact them in the few hours a day I have available.
Not only do they have this unfair rule, they do not even reply to emails relating to cancelations.
To get my message across, I cancelled my PayPal subscription thinking that if no cash was paid, they would contact me.
Not a bit of it. GDI went round PayPal and drew the payment directly from my credit card! As far as I am aware, this was never part of our agreement when I signed up more than three years ago.
This might be a big company but it seems thay have the same morals as any scam artisit on the net. How on earth do you stop this thievery?
