Grrr! This is the 7th time!

OFF TOPIC

Okay, I understand that we were 4 and 3/4 inches behind in rain fall, but do we have to get it all at once?

This is the 7th thunderstorm to roll through since 6:30 this morning! What bothers me is that they're warning of high straight line winds and large damaging hail but none of these thunderstorms in my area had any of those, just colossal downpours and a lot of rumbling and claps of thunder.

That means with each one that passes through, my odds of getting damage increases.I guess that's what happens when you're in the 90's for days on end with high dew points and humidity.

Who did the rain dance, lol!

Anyway, if I should disappear, it's not because I'm out having fun in the sun, but due to a power outage. <sigh>

Rant over...carry on.

Normally I'd tell you I abhor anything from Michigan, but please keep sending the rain my way. I'm afraid my lawn will combust from a single spark.

Holy Moly!

I thought branches were flying and pelting the house, but it was huge hail balls!

They've stopped for now, but the sky is still quite angry, growling and roaring.

Some small branches down thus far, hopefully no big ones to follow.

And it just started pouring again...

Wow. Crazy weather. So glad to hear you have a basement. Sure wish we had one.

And sorry, that was me doing the rain dance. But the Texas skies are not cooperating.

A little worried the city is allowing fireworks tomorrow. Not too smart. This place is really dry. I'll water down the yard and the roof and hope no fireworks come this way.
